MC HAMMER, also known as Stanley Kirk Burrell, was born on March 30, 1962. His career was most popular during the late 1980s to the mid-1990s. Mc Hammer is remembered for his rise to fame, before losing almost all of his fortune, with his hit record, "U Can't Touch This." mc Hammer is known for his trademark Hammer pants flamboyant dance moves. Hammer's superstar-status made him a pop icon. He has sold more than 50 million records worldwide, portraying hip hop's potential for mass market success. Mc Hammer also became a preacher during the late 1990s.

WILL SMITH, born Willard Christopher Smith Jr, was born on September 25, 1968. He is an actor, pop rapper, andfilm producer. He has enjoyed success in music, television and film. In April 2007, Newsweek magazine called him the most powerful actor on earth. Will Smith has been nominated for two Academy Awards, four Golden Globe Awards, and has won many Grammy Awards. In the late 1980s, Will Smith recieved fame as a rapper with the name The Fresh Prince. In 1990, his popularity increased  when he starred in a popular television series The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

VANESSA WILLIAMS, was born on March 18, 1963. She is an American actress and R&Brecording artist. In 1983, she was the first African American woman to be crowned Miss America. Vanessa Williams studied piano and French horn while growing up. Vanessa was most interested in singing. She received a scholarship to Syracuse University with a Theatre Arts major from 1981 to 1983. She stopped her education at Syracuse, during her sophomore year in college, to fulfill her duties as Miss America. Twenty-five years later, she graduated from Syracuse University with her Theatre Arts major.
